I've got a pretty fast cable connection - around 5200 Kbps. My provider is Optimum Online. They have a continuous (about every 10 sec) dl speed check and their servers are very close to me. If I speed check without cyber the speeds are constant and around 5200 Kbps. However, when I use cyberxpt dl starts at about 5200 and creeps to about 6500 in about 1 min (six passes or so) - the fastest I 've ever seen.
